Hastings-on-Hudson Shoreline Park
The Village of Hastings-on-Hudson, NY selected the team of Offshoots and Roux Associates to develop a schematic design plan for a new park on the Hudson River shoreline on 30 acres of vacant industrial property on 30 acres of vacant industrial property. Offshoots facilitated a series of interactive workshops, charettes and steering committee meetings to gather community input for potential park programs and shoreline treatments.
5 Boston Public Schoolyards
Offshoots is pleased to be involved with the green infrastructure design services for the Boston Water and Sewer Commission as part of Boston Public Schools’ 10 year Green Infrastructure Master Plan.
Sea Street Streetscape
The Town of Barnstable, with the help of Offshoots, is developing a streetscape development plan for Sea Street in Hyannis, MA. The goals of the project are to improve pedestrian safety and comfort, vehicular speeds and safety, and flooding concerns, while adding bike lanes to connect to those on Main and South streets and lighting to match Main Street and Bursars Way.
