Cable Mills Modern Mill: In collaboration with Merge Architects, Offshoots designed outdoor amenities and a network of exterior spaces for residents of the Cable Mills River Houses, a series of 14 homes along a riparian edge in Williamstown, MA. The team was awarded a BSA Housing Award for the design's unique relationship to historical and ecological context. Photography by John Horner.
