Offshoots, Inc. is seeking a talented, design-oriented Horticultural Design Specialist to join our growing ecological landscape team. This seasonal full-time role is ideal for someone with strong horticultural knowledge, refined design ability, excellent client communication skills, and a passion for native and ecologically focused gardens. The Horticultural Design Specialist will help design and oversee exceptional garden spaces and seasonal container displays, consult with residential clients on garden enhancements, coordinate with field teams, and support the highest standards of horticultural care across our maintenance accounts.

Offshoots, Inc. seeks an Invasive Species and Eco Restoration Specialist to implement Invasive Species management plans, native plant restorations and green infrastructure work in public, private and residential projects.
