Our very own Terry Kinsler was featured in the March-April Issue of New England Home Magazine!
The client made a simple request: “I want white flowers and a secret garden.” Providing this on a small lot with a close neighbor required thoughtful study of the views to and from the house, as well as circulation through the yard. The secret garden acts as both a dining and lounge space. Illuminated Himalayan birch trees and catenary lights create ambiance for cocktails and dinner. A custom gate enclosing the secret garden allows the family dog access to the adjacent lawn. A mixed palette of modern and classic plantings answers the white flower request, enlivening the updated Tudor house.
