Boulder Park

Gallery

With a goal of reducing the overall water consumption at Boulder Park, a large residential development in southern NH, Offshoots transformed a large area of irrigation-intensive lawn into drought tolerant meadows. The client was initially inspired by the wildflower meadows installed along Interstate 93 by the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. To meet their environmental and aesthetic goals, Offshoots designed a custom wildflower and native grass mix to provide seasonal interest, pollinator value, and wildlife habitat appropriate for southern NH. The Offshoots team installed the meadows in 2019 and provided initial maintenance to help the meadows establish.
