The Mystic River Watershed Association has launched a campaign to bring public art to the Blessing of the Bay Boathouse in Somerville. They are calling on the community to get involved by doing one or both of the following:
1) send a favorite photograph from along the river
2) donate to the crowdfunding campaign before June 4th, 2021 to make this art a reality
The project is funded in part by a challenge grant from Mass Development’s Commonwealth Places Program and 100% of donations will go towards the installation created in partnership with artists Carolyn Lewenberg, and Jessica Finch of Selbert Perkins Designs.
